About Alex
As a former ballerina with 25 years of experience in movement, pilates, strength and cardio training were always part of her routine. After becoming a mother, she became a certified Pilates instructor. In 2021, she focused on pre and postnatal Pilates, and in 2023, she became Lagree certified.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Alexandra guides her clients to a better understanding of their body, leading to better control and realising their maximum strength potential.

With hormones and a growing belly comes pain and discomfort. Pilates can alleviate a lot of it , help you to have an easier birth and speed up your recovery. Taught in a small group of up to 5 participants, 400m from Arnimplatz.
Postnatal Pilates
Promoting overall-body alignment and enhanced mind-body awareness of your “new” post-baby body. Postnatal Pilates enables you to re-establish a connection with your core and pelvic floor, preventing issues like lower back pain. Additionally, strengthening your arms and back muscles will promote better posture. Taught in a small group of up to 5 participants, 400m away from Arnimplatz

Strength training
If you are looking for a higher intensity workout, then Strength training is for you. Slightly faster pace than a pilates session, the use of resistance bands or weights will add to the challenge.
Reformer private
Similar to a mat class, a reformer session uses the reformer to either make the exercise more challenging, by increasing resistance through springs or make it easier, by providing support through resistance.
With a one on one class, you will be able to dig deeper and it will allow you to progress much quicker .

How long do i need to wait before joining your postnatal class?
Check with your physician before starting exercising
I have had a C-section, can i join your postnatal class?
Yes, absolutely. I recommend that you be cleared by a physician before starting exercising.
I have a diastasis recti, can I join your group class?
Yes, after being cleared by your physician and a couple of one-on-one preparatory sessions .
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
